I have been out of the loop for a while now. But, I'm jumping back in starting today. I am exorcising to Body Beast, and counting calories again. I am not stopping this time. I am tired of being over weight every summer. I want to look good in a swim suit.

Happy New Year Everyone!
Wanted to weigh myself this morning after gaining 5 pounds over Christmas. It wasn't easy to get back on track after the holiday goodies. To my surprise I was down a pound from my pre-holiday weight. What a great way to start off the new year.
Hope all of my friends on here have the same feeling I did the next time you all weigh in.
