was really bad over the weekend. lots of salty foods and sweets.
so yesterday I really tried to watch what I ate, and drank extra lemon water to flush the "crap food" out of my system.

decided yesterday to drink lemon water before my first break and another before dinner. it's an experiment... so let's see if it works.

yesterday was another semi busy day at work.
I have discovered that I am now craving sweet stuff. if there had been cookies in the house I could easily have eaten a dozen +. thank goodness there isn't.
