Since my journey started with the Mediterranean Nutrition Plan, I have lost 33 lbs, plateaued at an ideal weight of 173lbs. Cholesterol is down over 70 points, and I’m working on normalizing slightly elevated liver enzymes (not too worried). I exercise moderately 3 days per week, and do intense interval training mixed with Brazilian Jiu Jitsu twice per week. It is intense but I am loving it!! My health insurance bonuses me with cash gift cards for my activities and improved health, and it’s paid for 1 year at Planet Fitness. My family is seeing my gains and started their own journey by eating better, exercising, and losing weight. It’s a win for the family!
