No matter how hard you try to stay on track. When a family emergency comes up it will blowy diet out of the water every single time! I am a stress eater and I know it. Have been all my life . No matter how much fruit I bought I still found myself reaching for the peanut butter fudge! Now I must get my mind set again and start over. I CAN DO THIS I WILL DO THIS . With some help from God.

I am really struggling for some reason now. I believe it is because of the weather and the fact I can't get outside and do anything. Depression is starting to set in. I thought that by now I would have been able to get rid of a hundred lbs. however this is not to be an it is making me very sad. I will keep trying to eat right and look forward to warm weather.

With Thanksgiving only a few days away I am starting to freak out a little. I keep telling myself to take my own "snacks" with me! So I don't blow away everything I have worked so hard for in this journey. Trying to find recipes for something I can eat and share with others is not easy! My brain is saying... "but it's time for Cheese balls, and Pumpkin pie, and mashed potatoes ... and everything else I'm not allowing myself to have, like Carbs! Man if I think Thanksgiving is bad heaven help me when Christmas gets here!
