Okay... I’m back... again 🤦‍♀️

Update: I moved into my dads place in November... still here... haven’t saved any money or done anything wild/fun to spend our money 🤷‍♀️ don’t know how that’s happening?

I have been back to keto and losing weight quickly... I am expecting a stall any day now! 10lbs in 10days... not too shabby.

I have some physical goals to reach. Totally vain and petty ones too. I have a wedding to go to in May and a concert in Vegas in June... i want to sit by the pool and not be embarrassed... I want to feel confident in whatever I wear to the wedding and concert!! I have been walking often, drinking lots more water, eating high fat and low carb. I have been doing light exercises at home... squats, leg lifts, crunches, push ups and stretching. Plan to add burpees, lunges and mountain climbers to my routine...

I am also taking some supplements, doing detox baths and some self care to help keep my motivation and esteem high. It’s amazing how spending a little extra time to care for yourself improves self love and confidence... so don’t forget to look in the mirror today... smile really big and tell yourself “I love you!”

Three Christmas parties yesterday. 😱🙄🤦‍♀️

My girlies had their Jiu Jitsu belt promotion and I cried... Lots! But I’m just so proud of them, I just love them to infinity and beyond and also being an empath I get real emotional easily... and the vibe of the entire place got me feeling sappy and happy. Luckily I know the other parents enough that it wasn’t too embarrassing to be bawling my eyes out over a sport promotion. 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️
But today I am SO beyond hungover...
I let myself drink all the drinks since I can’t eat any of the food (due to food allergies)... well, not eating much and sampling all the cocktails all night (until 2am) is a great recipe for a two day long hangover
😩😭🤪
I’ll weigh in after Christmas and start back to my keto ways again.

Ugh. Stress ate today. Could have been worse.

I was getting the girls ready for Jiu-Jitsu and I heard a ruckus in the backyard... then I witnessed my parents male dog pull a chicken through the fence. I had to clean up the mess and everything, which I don’t handle pet blood and such too well. We were a few minutes late to class But I got home and just wanted junk food... luckily we have no potato chips and dip, because that’s what I really wanted!! But I found a Luna protein bar and devoured that, 16NC for one little bar 😔🤦‍♀️ so now it’s time to really behave at dinner and count my carbs. I need to make sure I have plenty of “snack” food options because stress does make my adrenaline spike, then when I come down my blood sugar seems low and I just want crappy foods. 😔😩
