I love the walking challenge. I have been walking over the brooklyn bridge and back on my lifting days and sometimes on my cardio days.
My walking is also going to go up this week because I am dog sitting. This is my favorite dog, Tilly. Dog sitting is great. Just like teaching you get to have the kids for a couple of hours and give them back to their parents! Tilly is the dog that I love to take care of but am thankful to give back.
On top of all that eating has been getting easier and easier.

Walking is really powerful huh. Friday I wanted to save money on subway fare and walked to my dentist and back (3 miles) and walked to meet friends at soho (2 miles). We did some bar hopping but I dont drink so I all I drank was diet coke. I still took spin class before going out too. Yesterday at boot camp my instructor told me I looked like I lost some weight. That was really nice. Feeling great. Hoping I can get below 230 by the end of september. 2 pounds a week I think I can. :)

Gosh darn it. I went over my calories. Thats what I get for not counting them before I eat. I usually like to plan out my meals and then eat but I was visiting my parents this weekend and ate what was in their house. Lesson learned. Ill just bring my own food when visiting my parents. Although I should have known that having two sandwiches of salami and provolone cheese was a bad idea.

I had two servings of ice cream! Oh well. I just have to keep it to one. Other than that keeping up with the food requirements and exercise.
