Today's PT day and I'm ready I may have to deal with idiots and but that's a problem I have to deal with. Wish me luck!

man it's hard sometimes. See people eat fast food like Wendy's and Burger King and I feel like man I can't eat that and if I do I can't eat for the rest of the day. Also man sometimes it sucks when you have to train twice as hard to still be stumped by people who don't work out on their own time and beat you. It just angers me. I'm listening to calm music but to no avail. And I love the military but sometimes it's rules of respecting leaders is a little egregious especially when they're so wrong it makes me want to punch them in the face and I know it happens everywhere but I'm not getting paid to go to these daily workouts and they don't respect my leadership as well. They're unorganized and annoying.I don't want to stop going because it is a good workout. But I just hate working with them so much i can't stand it. Sorry for ranting if anyone has advice it would be appreciated.

Well it was pretty good the other day the Pool and I ran a IST and I did pretty good 17 dead-hang pull-ups and 114 sit-ups and ran a 9:36 mile and a half. could have been better though so will always look to improve. X+1 right so wish me luck.
