This just ain't fair! I haven't had any alcohol in nearly 3 weeks and have been fairly good about tracking my foods. Unfortunately, I've let wheat products and junk food creep back in. It's so hard not to snack in the evenings. I need to take up crochet or something to keep my hands busy. Still hovering around 143. If I could just dip below 140, I think the excitement would help keep me on track.

I keep losing - and finding - the same 3 pounds! I really need to stick to my plan to lose weight. If I can get below 140, I know I'll be excited and motivated to keep it up.

I'm so excited to have finally lost a few pounds - especially after a gluttonous vacation weekend in Florida. I need to keep myself occupied in the evenings. I'm eating and drinking my way to bed most nights. boo.

Much better day today after the hedonistic weekend of eating and drinking in florida. No drinking today - yay! I feel good.

I am pleased to see a downtrend in my weight, but I haven't lost as much as I thought I would following my diet plan fairly closely for a week. So, I'll lower my daily calorie limit to 1500 and see if that makes a difference.
