I would love to hear from FS members who have made significant health gains by losing weight and exercising. It is so encouraging for me to hear that others are reducing/eliminating or avoiding medication‘s and enjoying their lives much more. I find that I have more flexibility, energy and happiness from my weight loss thus far. The most important thing (for me) is to further reduce my BP and lower cholesterol. Looking good in skinny jeans will certainly be a plus side effect😉!!

Yippee!!! I’m in the 160’s ☀️. Next goal is the 150’s. Best news of all? My blood pressure has lowered significantly and I feel great. The daily walking, weekly exercise class and portion control are working! Who knew that showing a bit of common sense would pay off😉

My progress is slower than I’d like but that sentiment mostly likely echoes the thoughts of many FS members! I comfort myself with the belief that my new weight may be more easily sustained as the decline is more gradual.
Now that my BP is lower my thoughts turn to the possibility that I may be able to limit (or stop altogether) the use of puffers. Perhaps I can manage mild asthma with regular exercise and a lower weight in future.
