Losing 1.0 kg a Week
10 July 2019
I am thrilled that I lost 1 pound this past weekend. Didn’t know for sure if I lost anything, especially after the 4th of July weekend. Over ate on the calorie intake, and ate a bunch of garbage food. I actually felt guilty eating the food. Did some light weight yard work around the house. I hope that’s what helped with losing the excess food intake. Just happy I lost another pound. 😀

I’m thrilled I lost 1 lb, I felt so guilty over the 4th of July, by eating too much food, and having trouble keeping my calorie intake down. Started back on the calorie count last Sunday. I think the biggest problem I have is that I have a back injury. Which prevents me from getting out and exercising. It takes me half of a day, just to get moving. I really would like to go to the gym and walk on the treadmill, but my body hurts so much to move at times. If I over do things, I suffer the next day with my back and hips. I don’t take any pain meds, and the only thing I have is Ibuprofen. I have to watch how much I take, or my stomach gets upset. It’s a no win situation, when your in chronic pain and would love to exercise. Any input for exercise, for someone with 4 bulging disc in their low back. At least I can stand in the kitchen, for a little while, and fix a healthy simple meal for my husband and myself.
