Had some sugar this weekend (travelling and did not do a good job planning meals around that), but overall have not bounced my weight back up so doing pretty good. Also I think I did OK previously when I had some heavier eating days. Supper tonight and then fasting until Wed am- will see if that gets me going down.

Up a bit- but that is just water weight rebound from my fast- drank a lot of water yesterday and had a very reasonable lunch and no snacking so doing good!
