29 October 2014
Been feeding a fever lately and no energy to workout for what seems like forever. I made chili yesterday which I am having for breakfast. Soup is so good when one is sick. I think I can get on the treadmill for awhile today.
Hope everyone is well on this fine autumn Wednesday.

I am going to say my scale might be in need of new batteries. I am not going to record my weight today even though I tried it three times it HAS to be wrong. There is NO WAY I lost 10 lbs. in one day. Yes people image my surprise when my naked butt stepped on there and I saw 128 each time I did it. Its got to be wrong! Right?!
I started standing ab exercises. My belly is shrinking but I will not be satisfied until the abs are tone. I couldn't do the lay down crunches. I was disoriented when I tried to get up. It reminded me of a bout with vertigo I had a couple years ago. I have to balance myself for a couple of the routines but it still feels effective.
My DH took a load of Amish to Red Lobster last night and he brought me home over 100 shrimp. We had our first date over 30 years ago at Red Lobster. You bet I am going to try to eat every last shrimpy this morning before everybody wakes up. Just kidding......NOT!
Happy Tuesday!

Size 6 Motha f@@kers!!!!! I knew size 8 was a little baggy so I figured a few 7 jeans for winter. I was in a size 5 when I was 22. There are a lot of jiggelies but I am working on that.
I will be 53 next month. So don't anyone think you are too old for this. I started at 210 lbs.
Happy Hump Day!!!!
