Going to have to find a balance so I can maintain. Couple of people have asked me if I’m ill! More protein and veg is the order of the day. Stay healthy guys, this sure is a shit time for everyone.

Not a lot for 3 weeks. Glad it’s not a gain as I had my gf and her daughter staying for 10 days. House was full of sweets, crisps, cheese and gin etc. Resisted all apart from copious amounts of gin!! Oops 😬 . Not got much fat to lose, concentrating on my fitness and training my new dog 🐕 Missing going to the stables, been helping get shopping for the old folks in the sheltered housing nearby. Aldi’s has copious amounts of everything but it’s a fair drive away. Stay safe my friends, go and wash yer hands!!!

Happy with that. Had last weekend away with my gf. Ate drunk and was very merry! Ate out both nights but I stuck to salmon and roast veg and the next night a seafood platter. Stayed away from pints 🍺 but had copious amounts of gin and JD. Been back on ball since Monday. Long may it continue. Best wishes folks.

It’s a weird feeling this. I’m on the train from Edinburgh to Preston to meet my girlfriend and the first thing I noticed was that I could put the folding tray down in front of me and there’s still loadsa room. Well that’s a first! It’s my first time on public transport for around 3 yrs. Its the wee things I notice, not the big loss etc. Have a great weekend folks .

I’ll take that and try maintaining. I’m 6ft tall and 55yrs old. 21 months ago I was 31st. Thanks to FS, your support, calorie counting and watching my carbs I’ve made it back. Thank fuck.
