Monthly loss: 14.8 pounds
Total loss: 68 pounds (47 to goal)
Current weight: 207 (goal was 215)
BMI: 30.6 (down 2.2)
Exercises: Walked almost everyday about 2 miles; karate; midday short workouts M-F were good, almost everyday; a lot of garden work; not so much bike or weights
Food: Longest fast 39 hours; did eat after 7p some days
Goal for November…
Weight: 198 pounds
Exercises: Pretty much the same; try to add weights at least 2x/wk
Food: Get fast up to 48 hrs; No eating after 7p
