I'm excited! This morning was weigh in and I've lost another 4 1/2 pounds. Last week I lost 5 1/2 pounds ... so I'm at a total of 10 pounds in two weeks! :oD Yippppeeee!

I'm feeling very tired today. I feel like I'm on the go all the time. I usually don't even take time to stop to eat ... I'm eating on the go. I'm eating healthy ... I'm just not taking the time to really sit down and enjoy my food because I'm always up cleaning or taking care of kids or there's errands to run or whatever. I need to find a healthy balance so I don't continue to run myself ragged. I didn't even get the change to journal yesterday! So I'm going to take the time to sit down and eat my meals, with my family ... so I can enjoy my food and so I can have a breather during my day.

Okay ... I just joined My FatSecret today, so I'm not sure how to use everything. I'm wondering ... how do I know how many calories I should be comsuming each day??? And ... how do I know how many grams of fat I should have? Help!

As much as I fought against keeping a daily journal of my weight loss journey, here I am! I've spent the last 1 1/2 weeks pushing myself to the limits of physical exercise ... and now I'm motivated to watch what does into my mouth too! I don't think I'm getting enough calories, and I'm afraid that will show up on the scale. Soooo ... I'm commiting 1/2 hour a day to journaling. I'm feeling motivated right now and excited to get toned and healthy! :o) My biggest obstacle ... TIME. I'm a stay at home mom of three children, in whom I homeschool. I need to find a healthy balance between my husband, children / homeschooling, my home, my activities, and eating right and getting enough exercise ...
