Since the surgery, I have been having trouble with # 2 and the Dr. told me to take in lot's of fiber and to stay away from laxatives, the trouble is I fill up fast now after a few bites I am done.

In 2009 I was in the hospital for 2 months and before I went in I was a 3 1/2 pack a day smoker when I came out I avoided the temptation and today I am over 7 years smoke-free. Thank GOD for everything.
Praise our gracious LORD!!!!

On April 19th I weighed in at 350.8 Lbs, on Thursday the 21st of April I underwent the Laparoscopic Sleeve surgery for weight loss. Since 4/21/2016 until present, I have lost 91 Lbs.
And I Thank GOD for every ounce lost!!!

On April 14 I weighed 348.4 that's one week prior to having the laparoscopic sleeve surgery. Today I weighed in at 321.7 a loss of 26.7 lbs.
