Hope y'all are having a wonderful weekend. Bought some more ground Ginger and Cinnamon. They make great add-in ingredients for smoothies. Also still use my ground flax and chia seeds.

Amazing just trying to maintain and another pound dropped. Funny how that works, couldn't seem to get the the final couple of pounds.

Score !!!!! Steady as she goes. Nice healthy drop for me. In maintenance and want to stay between 165 and 170. Think I'm addicted to working out with my kettlebell, think that's even possible ? Defiantly know that strength is increasing and find myself throughout the day doing things like bonus planks and squats.

Morning y'all. Hope everyone is doing well. That little voice inside my head made me check some of my stables this morning and then demanded that I remember to share with you the things that have helped me achieve the results that I have. Hope some of ya find the benefit from these. Ginger Root, Kale, Flax Seed, Chia Seeds, Spinach, Almond Milk, Fresh Fruit, Cinnamon, Ground Ginger, Turmeric Powder, Cayenne Pepper, Nonfat Greek Yogurt, Fish, ...... These are most of the key ingredients that I keep on hand. I know not all the ingredients are for everyone on different diets, but hope you find it useful, maybe it will help remind you of things you forgot or to help spark your creativity.
