Back down we go.... kept my exercise up and took it easy on Sunday with the football snacking. Go me! About to head up north for a work conference. I wanted to hike a little but rain is in the forecast and those hills can get muddy. If it's a light rain, I might still go.

I am on my 12th hour of IF. I did pretty good yesterday food wise. I was craving spaghetti and meatballs, so I made turkey meatballs and used 1/2 chickpea pasta and 1/2 zucchini "noodles" Dog sitting an injured dog, so I'm having to put in 10-15 minute short runs vs. one long one.

Just here holding myself accountable. I haven’t got on the scale in almost a week. I haven’t been awful but I definitely haven’t been great either. I skipped a workout and half a$$ed another. I had a hot dog and wine at the ball game. I ate way too much rice at a friend’s birthday party and got a little crazy afterwards at karaoke. I woke up feeling a little foggy headed and made myself run 7 miles.
Honestly, football season is killing me. I am semi-obsessed and pretty much Kate Marsh my discipline on Sundays. I need to be way better than that.
The Mr. is going camping for a few days, so I may need to fast/cleanse while he is gone. The scale will soon tell me what I need to do… I will be out of town for work, hoping there will be some kind of gym at the hotel. Then I return and have a full Tough Mudder on Sunday. It will be my 4th but I have only done the Tahoe one. Wish me luck!

I put in a quick workout of moving 2 large screen televisions from upstairs to downstairs (our family room now looks like a sports bar with 3 screens, lol) sat on the couch all day and had a beer, chips and dip.
Totally worth it. I'll get back to the grind tonight and stick to baked chicken and some arms and abs while I watch the games.
