Weight holding steady but a touch too much (yes, AC/DC fan here) whoop results really good. Closed a deal yesterday so slept like a baby and feel reenergised 😀😀😀

Just the same. Back to normal eating except for dry January. Missed a week of exercise due to the cold but back on it on Saturday. Its amazing how much free time I have when I don't go to the gym/pool. Probably too much free time 😀😀😀

Nice wee cafe in Merchant City. Used to be Boudoir. I would go there for cava back in the old glamorous days before lockdown.

Someone was just telling me that they have lost 4 kilos since Christmas. How is that even possible. I will be lucky if I have lost 400g. 🤔
I will just add, this person only had 6 kgs to lose.
Edit: This is how they did it. 48 hours no food except tea and water. Then 800 - 1000 calories a day since 27th Dec. Full bore exercise. Result: weight loss, 2 migraines and grumpy.
Worth it? Time will tell............not my call. But, I certainly don't appreciate being on the receiving end of it so whether the friendship will survive is another matter!! (it was pretty ropey anyway!!)
Another update. They have lost just over 7 kilos in 5 weeks. Jeans are hanging off them at the back so a bit of muscle has gone. Maintenance plan is 48 hour fast every week and 1000 to 1500 cals a day. Exceedingly bad tempered with it

OK, back in the green. Feeling much better. Going to nail a couple of outstanding jobs today.
My Whoop annual review tells me that my longest streak in the green was 9 days. Going to try and better that. This requires: decent food, hydration, no alcohol, good sleep, no over training. And avoid illness/injury. 😀
