I started a “Mindful Course” last night. I found that AFTER my cancer treatment that I became very anxious and of course that would lead to a binge. The course seems perfect in letting me live now in the moment and to stop and observe when I think about using a destructive behaviour!❤️

I am a 53 year old woman who finished treatment for breast cancer last May....and what a ride! Not only did I go through the losing hair and feeling crappy....but it came with weight gain from the treatments and steroids....just totally unreasonable! To top it off chemo put me into menopause and they added tamoxifen (hormone blocker for estrogen positive cancer) which has become the full trifecta for weight gain and so tough to lose! Anyway I found this site to help me keep track and it is working. I’ve been admiring the honesty that I have seen in some of your posts and reiterated that it is okay to be fallible sometimes.
