I have lost -0.5 kg since the last measurement.
On 10th of January, my weight was 101.6 kg.
Today ( 16th of January), my weight is 101.1 kg. I know it is a very slow progress. In the last six days, I managed to have 3 walks only. Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, I spent in bed with the back, neck, and right shoulder pains. I am seeing a chiropractor at the moment. But it took 15 sessions last year to get me a little better. So far this year, I have had 3 sessions. I did MRI scan of my back and neck and am waiting now for an appointment with the orthopaedic surgeon to discuss my results of the scan. I would like to lose weight quicker. But, I do need to find a way to deal with severe pain first. Also, I do need to keep in mind a positive attitude. In the last 3 days in bed, I really was crying and feeling really depressed. Today, I do feel more positive, I had a walk outside with my husband. It was really lovely. Love to you all supporting me. Keep going. Be strong.

Yep, I have exta 6.5 kg now. In the last couple of weeks, it has been raining here EVERY SINGLE DAY 😑 . My back, shoulders, and feet were swelling up from all this water. From this, I could not move, walk, and could not sit down in the chair, even though I am not even talking about exercises. I am still in severe pain. I am really do not know how to manage this rain. I might go to see a doctor about this inflammation, if they will see me. Otherwise, as it is a new year, so, I have new ideas to help myself with losing weight, blood circulation, and inflammation. Firstly, I am thinking of trying a 1,300 kcal Mediterranean diet with eating some foods that can help me to combat problems with blood circulation , with inflammation. I am really unhappy right now, but my motto still is : " Take One Day At A Time . Look For A Small Changes In The Measurements And Be Happy About Them . Do Not Let A Bad Day Turn Into A Bad Week ".
