I have been working hard at get the pounds off. Seems like I am gaining more than losing! I didn't even log in how much I weigh for a while because I couldn't get past 147. I try to walk at least 5 times a week. I have incorporated in my walk arm movements with 2 lb. weights, upper body twists and hip swings like I'm salsa dancing. I have increased the movements with walking versus just walking only. Hopefully that will get me into weight losing mode again. After walking yesterday hubby and I layed down mulch in the yard. Really doubled my work out. I dropped 3 pounds. Gosh I don't want to have to just about kill myself just to drop the weight off. At this point all I want to do is just drop 10 pounds anything more than that would be a blessing!!!

I am just curious on how a person loses weight without a deficit in calories? The info out there can be so overwhelming! And I gained back 3 pounds. I suppose it is water weight. I am getting a bit discouraged. I am scheduled for rotator cuff surgery in may so I have been trying to keep up with my exercises but shoulder is killing me. And yeah I have Hashimoto autoimmune. Thyroid being attacked and my numbers are off. I am hurting everywhere. Not sure the numbers is because I am over stressing my body? Oh did I mention with having Hashi you are exercise intolerant. So it is like climbing a mountain either upside down or backwards. I am fighting with not getting knocked down and struggling for a year or so to get back up. I didn't go to the gym yesterday when hubby went. Today I said I will walk so I did for an hour. On a good note I was just coming up to my driveway before it started raining. Timing was great though I wouldn't minded walking through the rain. Brings me back to when I was young walking and playing in the rain.

Ya! Back on track!! lost three pounds. Though those pounds I lost, gained and re-lost. The cycle can be vicious but at least it wasn't much this time! I have a rotator cuff tear that is making it tough. I have been waiting to hear about the surgery. I am going to be a work in whatever that is? But anyways hurting but working through it. Watching that I don't over do!

This so frustrating! But, I keep pushing through! I was reading yesterday on Reverse diet. Does anyone know anything about it and how does it work if you have done it? Also how to do it?
I'm a detailed person so I have to know all the ins and outs!
