Hi everyone mentally feeling much better Today …. I feel guilty today I overate yesterday and really feel bad so will try to make it up this week looking at the bigger picture lost 3 kgs total in 18 days today salmon boiled potatoes steamed veggies the blood type diet is for me 🥰

Hello everyone hope all is well am feeling a lot better today back to cooking and baking I love my independence so it’s been a good one so far home made orange & walnut sponge cake tomato rice grilled aubergine vegetables tampura thing first meal at 5.30 pm today woke up early so hunger hits sooner fasting
Second meal will be leftover veggie tampura things staying within 1200 cal) or under sending u all much love xx
