added a new app to my routine (actually it's one I've used before but haven't touched in a long time cuz i just wasnt focused enough at the time to finish organizing it) so I can put together a regular meal plan and get estimates of calorie counts per recipe. my hope is that it will take some of the pressure off of figuring out what to eat. it's gonna take a little while to tweak all my recipes (cuz there r lots of things I tend to eat on repeat but I've never bothered to write them down) ..and it's nice that if I find a site that has recipes I like I can import the info for quick reference as well 🤔 (as an ADHD-er, decisions are hard.. especially on days when I'm busy or stressed or something) 🙄 it'll also let me create a grocery list from my recipes, so I don't have to think about what to buy either. 😏 the less I have to think about what my next step is the more easily I'll be able to stick to the plan. (I really love a good app, lol) 😁
