I'm back. Fell off the wagon and got seriously run over by it, but I'm back. I like this website, so I am going to do my level best to make it work for me. If I can't get things going the right direction in 2 weeks, I'm going to pay the big bucks to Weight Watchers and get the result I need. I hope not to because this is a really good site, but I'm getting desperate. Not even going to report my weight today, but just so it's out there in the ozone, it's much higher than last time I reported in.

Ok. I changed my mind. I recorded my new HIGHER weight. Somehow, having it out there puts a little pressure on me to turn it around.

I just noticed that when I weigh in the box doesn't display parts of kilograms. I kept wondering where the software was getting its data. Now I can see it is just hiding some of the data supplied. If it isn't one thing, it's another to keep me confused. Anyway, back on track, both in terms of wending my way through this maze of options on fatsecret and in terms of eating and exercising for success. It's very very slow, but I think I am moving in the right direction.
