Had such a bad week last week and over the weekend. Have my brother in town and it just gave me an excuse to not eat right and say I will get back on track Monday. Well Monday is here and so far I am doing ok. Well its only 9:42 in the morning so I still have all day to do. I feel good and feel determined to get backc on track. I have three weeks to get some pounds off before I go on vacation. It sad that I have to have vacations and high school reunions in the weeks to come to keep me motivated but it is what it is. I will do good this week and the weeks to follow.

I find that during the week I am great at eating my fruits and veggies and stick to my diet that is until I get home. Night and weekends are killing me with eating good. I try not to buy items that are not healthy but with a 2 year old husband that are not on any kind of a diet, it makes it hard to just buy food for myself. I need to find some kind of self control during these times and drinking beer instead is not the healthies option. I tend to go from one vice to another. Oh my addictions are getting the best of me and no one but me know about them.
