Almost another 2 pound drop for the week, and just under 5 pounds lost since the start of March. Just another 4 pounds to reach 160 (11st 6) for my first target of 2021.
It's good to be back in the zone again - calorie counting on a zig-zag diet, doing more walking, and mild cardio. And the clocks have gone forward it will mean lighter evenings to do more things outside such as gardening (current restrictions permitting)

One of the most frustrating aspects of weighing oneself daily is the various fluctuations throughout the week. For most of this week I've been dancing around the 166 mark, and yesterday I went down to 165.4. But this morning I was back up again to 166.2. (Every Sunday is my official recorded weigh-in)
I know some people suggest weighing yourself once a week or even once a month. But I have tried the former and never really liked not knowing where I stand, particularly getting a nasty shock to find I've put a couple of pound on!
Anyway, 166.2 will do I suppose. Hope to get down to 164/5 by the end of the month

Definitely back in the zone after a difficult couple of months. So much going on with family members and Covid vaccine jabs along with side-effects etc. (am still waiting for my call up). So much so that I really haven't focused much on my diet, although I know I've been drinking and eating too many takeaways up until a few days ago.
Now that things have quietened down somewhat I am back on track starting from last Monday - no more booze, no more takeaways (at least not a weekly basis anyway).
Lost a couple of pounds today, but need to do more. And with Spring here, and the current lockdown gradually being lifted it will give me more chance to get out and about and get into the exercise/cardio routine.
