Still here in Italy. I’m eating and not moving much cause I’m so tired and jet lagged after work everyday. I pass out as soon as I get back to the hotel. Then I wake up in the middle of the night wide awake.

And now we go down… definitely the non exercise day is not good for me. Even if it’s just one day.

And I continue with the see-saw. My brain wants me to yell at the scale like a roulette table know. Come on 140!!!

Yeah!! I go up and I go down. At least I know my body is definitely fighting the gain. Woohoo!!!

I did climb extra yesterday which could have helped. My arms were exhausted. I could barely carry my bag and open the door last night.

🤦🏻‍♀️🙈 I know what did this but still , damn it. A llarge dinner after 6pm and no exercise. I wasn’t ever really hungry but emotionally eating. My request for an additional week of vacation was denied. I was told I couldn’t have it until “after” 5 yrs translating to on my 6yr anniversary. Not hard and 6 months in.
Stupid thing now I realize I ate to gain control cause this decision was out of my control. But eating when I’m not hungry and just grabbing ahit to fill a hole was I really in control. Nooo! ((😏))
I hope I remember this.
Now my question is do I tighten up my food intake today or continue with the schedule of a high carb day.
