Slow and steady they say is the best but it would be so nice to take a deep plunge. However this is the least I have weighed in 30+ years

Too much ice cream cravings - ironically my blood sugars are running low - to the point I’m having to take Dex4 and that is after eating apple and orange! But also creates weight gain. Feels like a double edged sword.

So I have lowered my insulin dosage again. Currently due to weight losses and other conditions I have dropped from 34 units to 26. Hopefully that will take care of the lows soon.
