Got the green light on PTing strictly with my guys. I got tried of dealing with someone elses squad getting broke off when we do simple workouts and then leading and getting broke off. It's ridiculous. I know it sounds like I just hate the other squad and truth be told I do. They think because they have a large squad they're the best when that can't be farther from the truth. To be honest I really don't like the squad because they have to much power they have Guide ( the guy in charge of the platoon)and two squad leaders one who isn't that bad but is more of a yes man not wanting to disagree with Guide and then you have one who never actually PT's and when she does gets broken off like it's first day when she always is saying "I've been here longer than you. Blah. Blah. Blah." Why don't you act like it but wait that would actually require putting forth effort but you never do. The other squad leaders claim they PT own their own. I kind of doubt it. I run at least 4 miles a day just so I feel I got some workout in. I am happy I get to separate ourselves from the other squad. the other squad got too so I glad we finally get to. But if anyone has advice on dealing with really dumb and idiotic people please I'm open to suggestions.

Well today is a PT day and guess what I'm not pumped. I'm really not in the mood to deal with my fellow idiots in charge. I'm going to try and convince my recruiter that today should be a knowledge PT and when it's knowledge I'll be pretty much running it. Because guess what I'm the only squad leader who knows their knowledge and that's not bad because it's not like we really ever forced knowledge on the pool because all of are old Guides( guy's in charge) didn't really care and thought knowledge is something you should study and learn on your own which I did but no one else did so everytime we had a SNCOIC workout we'd look stupid and confused when the SNCOIC asked us a question. well not me but 98% of the pool so that was bad. So I'll try and convince the recruiter and when it comes to convincing the other squad leaders I'll just say SSGt wanted to and then I'll just exploit their lacking in Marine Corps Knowledge and say who else would run it if I didn't besides a recruiter.
