When life gives you ripe bananas you make a banana walnut bread. 17 slices about 120 calories each. I swapped a no sugar apple sauce for the butter and also for half of the white sugar in the recipe. . So total 1/2 cup sugar and 1 1/2 cups applesauce.

One of my new favorite combinations : An orange chopped up and slightly mashed to release the juice, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, pecans and cinnamon. Delicious.

Repeat of Wednesday meal: This version I added salsa, yogurt, avocado and more jalapeño peppers. It screams deconstructed burrito. Adding just a few more ingredients makes it seem like you aren’t eaten the exact same thing days in a row. Yummy.
