I'm not sure if that last weigh in was accurate. You're apparently supposed to weigh in on a completely empty stomach first thing in the morning, so that's what I did today.

This is my breakfast! I've got a container of basmati rice, topped with raw spinach and tomatoes (still trying to get myself to like those little red spawns of satan lol). I've also got a yogurt on the side, which is always yummy.

I just ate a naan pizza. It was probably not the best for me, but damn, it tastes good and I don't have much willpower. On the bright side though, the cheese gave me some more protein, which is something I always have trouble trying to get enough of. Ah man, I wanted to work out later anyways, so maybe that'll help work off some of those extra fats and stuff. If that's how it works, I'm not too sure yet because I'm relatively new to this stuff.

I'm eating a handful of grape tomatoes as a post-workout snack. I honestly hate tomatoes with a burning passion, but I'm determined to get myself to feel indifferent to them. Wish me luck lol.
