I swear, each time I get to exercise it’s like I have to start over again! I can’t get the time to do it 3-4 days a week. It might be twice in a week or 2 weeks before I can!! So frustrating on my part!

I’ve not made time to exercise the last week. I’m too sore from running a floor edger and planted garden last Thursday!! Did some damage control yesterday from Sunday night storms that were horrible!!

Slowly lost another pound!! I was looking back through the months and apparently I was 153 last June😡 how fast we can gain that weight if we don’t watch what we eat or even exercise. I do remember doing the Keto thing but I couldn’t stick with it in a big way but do try to incorporate some low carb stuff. I think it’s the focusing on trying to exercise every week even if it’s only once. I also have a more demanding job working with the hubby!! Hoping to continue to lose weight but keep up the exercise too.
