Fail: Couldn't do some exercises with the 35 lb free weight because I'm too short 😆 realllyyyyy would like those dumbbell bars right about now..
Win: spent an hour looking at the menu fighting with myself about ordering high calorie food, but ended up eating leftovers for a healthier choice 😃
Exercise: 30min alternating leg and ab workouts (6 total exercises, minimal breaks between sets, 12 CT of 10lb in each arm then 10ct of 25lb in each arm then 8ct of 35lb either in each arm or both hands holding a 35lb weight or 25lb in each arm) + 1 hour of on/off "dancing" with the little one (jumping... my calves hate me now 🥴)
Food (1055 cal):
- snack: cold brew coffee
- lunch: leftovers (chicken teriyaki with white rice and a potato croquette)
- dinner: leftovers (halibut, asparagus, onion+tomato+white peach salsa, half a Naan bread dipping into hummus)

Forgot to post my exercise: 30min chest + 30min cardio (5's, 10's, or 25's depending on exercise)
It's been 2 months since I ordered my dumbbell bars and they still haven't come in 😑 jumping from free weight of 10 lb each arm to 25 lb each arm is too much for me 😫

Fail: My memory may be failing today. I can't tell if I weigh the same 2 days in a row, if I forgot what the scale actually showed, or if I actually even stepped on a scale this morning 😅
Win: hit just under my calorie goal 🙆🏽♀️ Definitely hard today, probably because of the delicious food from memorial day weekend..
Exercise: 30min chest + 30min jogging in place (mixed with some knee highs, high kicks, side skate thing, uppercuts, and round punches)
Food (993 cal):
- lunch: pineapple chicken sandwich with spring mix salad and balsamic dressing
- dinner: halibut with kimchi; white peach, onion, and tomato salsa; and asparagus
