Today I start at 171.9 kg or 378.9 lbs. I start today intermittent fasting and zero carbs eating only once a day. OMAD. It’s the only thing that’s worked. I have Addison’s disease, MS and I’m post GBS recovery. I take corticosteroids daily unfortunately. This causes severe insulin resistance. I have to work very hard against my metabolic disorder. I must succeed with this in order to survive. Best wishes and regards to all.
