Week one is over and I lost 4 lbs. Not too bad and it wasn't that hard...I ate what I wanted but in moderation and writing down the calories helped me tremendously! If I didn't have calories left for the day then I didn't eat it...overall a successful week!

stepped on the scale today for an "unofficial" weigh in, I was pleased :) After only 4 days of counting calories I have lost some pounds. I will do an official weigh in on Monday and post my weight weekly.

I had a total of 180 calories as of 7:00 last night....yeah I know, that is not near enough, but I knew I would be having a late dinner out. I ordered a dinner and used the app on my phone to record the calories to stay under my daily RDI...I entered a couple of dinners before deciding what to order. My meal for dinner was a total of 1040 calories! That included the protein and 2 sides, no bread and I drank tea. I did not consume the entire meal, only half of it. After drinking water ALL DAY LONG I seemed to fill up faster (this might work after all) So I ended the day with a total of about 1000 calories which is 500 under my RDI. I know I will not do this every day because I need my metabolism to be level and not go through spikes...but for the first day I am pleased with my results.
