Thank you everyone!! Your support is AMAZING!!! Star71 I just don't know what to say. Glad I was finish with breakfast before reading your post. :-)LOL!! Would love to have that recipe Chryssm. (Wdixon)Lord knows I tried to do just the toppings but as the afternoon went and I kept passing by the box I just gave in. (Glaun) Trust me I could have ate the whole pizza with no problem. Good thing I have the boys who although are not fans of pizza ate a few slices. Plus I guess it is a good thing I only purchased a medium and not an Xtra Large ;-). I am better today. I have managed to have no bread products at all. (DOES ANYONE KNOW ABOUT THE CARBS IN AN AVOCADO.)I seem to get different numbers from different sites. I like a little with meals. Also, what about green tea. The diet one. I love the taste. I was thinking maybe occasionally since it has aspartame in it.

Declared the first of the month as "Cheat Day!!" :-) I was totally bad yesterday. No, details will I share here because you all may decide to follow in my footsteps :-/. Please don't as I feel guilty about it today. However, it was delightful at the time. So, I am struggling to get back on track today because that is where I want to be and people are seeing the change in my size.

Okay, since you all twisted my arms I had two medium slices of pizza pepperoni and mushroom and 3 spicy wings. So, carb count yesterday was totally out the window. However, I did not eat anything else but that. I really needed to get it out my system. I figured last time when I asked the boys if they wanted pizza and they said no. It was really me who wanted it.

So, I am thinking about working hard to stay on track for the whole month and just one day toward the end allow myself to have something I like to eat. I can do that. So, no more cheating!!! Heading out to grab some protein shakes today from GNC. Just love their signature lean protein swiss chocolate ones. Have a blessed day!!!

Someone need to rescue these scales because I am about to throw them up against the wall. I have no idea why I decided to step on them this morning. It has to be water gain because there is no and I mean no reason these **** scales should have the same numbers looking back at me. I have noticed my stomach has been sticking out more than usual. So, I am saying it is that 7 pounds of water I gain each month. I know I am right, but then I am like what if my body is really not retaining water right now and I am really still the same weight. I'm such a case!!!Ugh!!!

Well, I do know this I put on a shirt that I purchase for Christmas and could not wear because it was pulling to tight across my mid section. It is too big now and I mean about two sizes too big. :-)Have a pair of jeans I want to get into comfortable by the end of February so I guess I will press onward. I've come to far to turn back now.

Happy Friday!!! It's freezing here..so cold my heat is not working right. Hope I will not have to call someone to come take a look at it. :-/ So, every morning when I wake up I am thankful for a new day and a for the day before that I made it on this low carb plan. Made chilli for the boys last night but I managed to stay away from it. Of course, they were like "mom you mean to tell me you not going to eat some of this good chilli?" Which made me really want some. My youngest son is funny because he was just waiting for me to sit down with him and eat. He kept watching and asking and when I sat down with my plate of taco meat I thought he would pass out laughing. Cute.cause he laughed so much that we both ended up laughing until tears were coming out my eyes. Hope everyone has a great day!!
