Haven't keyed in food for a couple days. Having a bit of an at home vacation long weekend. Will be back to normal Tuesday :)

Friday and Saturday's work lunch. Shirataki noodles, tempeh, and fresh steamed stir fry veggies and extra mushrooms. All tossed in a little hoisin, soy, and hot sauce. Whole dish is about 450 calories.

Dinner! My boyfriend got excited when I suggested this this week. Sweet potato "nachos". Sliced sweet potatoes topped with taco seasoned ground turkey, plain Greek yogurt, avocado, onion, olives, salsa, and sweet sweet cilantro. Obvi you could top however.
