started feeling bad about 8:30 pm Saturday night ... woke up about 2 am sick at stomach, chills and body aching all over. stayed in bed all day Sunday no food. tried to keep water /fluids in.got up about 8:30 this morning and ate some breakfast ...put a load of clothes on ,folded and put up a load. then about 11 am the bathroom became my friend again. : ( laid down until around 1:00 pm. taking it easy still feel nauseated and achy ...trying to get caught up on here and do bills. God bless all! Tomorrow will be a better day!! : )

VERY stressful day!! So glad I cooked vegetable beef soup! I am ready to get this day over and hopefully tomorrow be better! Mother nature hormones are like a roller coaster ride today!! For those that pray I am asking to be lifted up in prayer for some unspoken things at this time! Hitting bed early tonight!! good night folks!

Well, good ole mother nature came knocking this morning! Might explain the "only" 1 lb loss yesterday. Have not felt real great today so I treated myself to a lazy day!! : ) Did get some walking in today. Which is an accomplishment because usually my first 3 days on are awful and all I do is sleep and zone out. So I plan to do the best I can and then go stronger after!! Can someone please explain to me on the exercise thing(up top) what the Kcal number is and the net number is and what the difference is please?? Its probably self explanatory but right now my brain isnt getting it!! haha hope all has had a great day....tomorrow is FRIDAYYYYY!!!! : )

weighed in this morning and lost 1 lb ... i was kind of disappointed but I got an even better reward tonight!! I was finally able to put my wedding rings back on!!!!!! "HAPPY DANCE HAPPY DANCE" It has been several (yes I DID say several) years since I have worn my rings due to my fingers being too fat! I am one happy girl tonight! : ) I have missed wearing my wedding rings!! Always look for the blessings in all things..good or bad because they are there! God loves blessing us!! : )
