Finished a month long boot camp. It was great, I do feel stronger and enjoyed most of it. Now to plan a workout schedule for the next couple of months that is challenging but doable and fun. Thinking of a six week chin up program. Says if you can do at least ten push ups then by the end of six weeks it’s possible to do 4 sets of 5 chin ups. So that along with a structured stretching / mobility program appeals to me right now. Wouldn’t it be great to be a forty something mom who can do chin ups and front pancake ? Never been able to do either. Maybe this summer ? That and continuing the low carb eating is the plan.

Feeling great. Wondering if my goal weight is realistic. Over the past three years have done more strength training so I feel like I have more muscle than when I used to weigh 132 lbs. I guess I should have also taken measurements or had some other kind of marker. I do have some jeans that fit best when I am under 134 pounds, so can use those as a guide as well.
Pretty tired today, legs a bit sore and not so peppy. Got my strength training done and a run so all good for a Monday morning. Happy Monday to all.
