I think I’m having trouble with this app. My journal doesn’t look ‘available’ to me - it’s weird. Guess I have to learn a bit more about FS…
It’s a headache kind of day, so I’ll do the reading another day…

Dreading going back to the office tomorrow for the first time in 2 years. Why couldn’t they just convert us to ‘remote’ employees forever 😭?
Hope I food-planned my day correctly. It’s been a long time since I took food ‘to go’ for that many hours away. I’m nervous to carry more than an extra bar as a ‘just in case,’ because I’ll know there is extra food available; that can lead me to just mindlessly eat.
So good night 🌙 , moon. Tomorrow brings a whole new day…

Went out for dinner to Chili’s last night with CJ. Had the steak & shrimp fajitas (because I think I needed the beef) & added on broccoli and mushrooms. Threw in all the sides: scoop of guac, sour cream, shredded cheese & salsa. Time will tell…

We’ve really been experimenting with my food and trying to factor my physical activity. This is not easy, knowing what my body needs… and when #swim season really kicks off, I’ll need even more fuel! Ugh.
