Thinking about starting the keto diet next week. Will hopefully weigh myself when I get home. Stretch marks are starting to show again and I can't tell if they're from losing or gaining weight.

This week has been rough. Found out that I have to go in for a recorded forensic interview because of some stuff that I told my therapist. I don't know when I will go in but my mom is meeting with police from two different departments tomorrow. I'm scared that I will eventually have to face my father in court but for now I will focus on my own health.
