I’ve been in a better mental space the last couple days. I was able to do some self care appointments amid the social distancing orders. It’s something I do monthly and I am grateful I got the chance to go one last time for now.
My husband is able to work from home so we gain the commute time back. He has rearranged spaces to get an office for himself and a couple desks/workspaces for the kids. Still setting up computers but close to being done.
It’s the weekend but it feels weird. Weighing tomorrow and I’m sure my stress eating will reflect last week but I press o .

Seriously considering ditching the half and half in my coffee during this aPOXalypse. It would cut extra calories since I use so much of it.
I’m seriously stressed right now and overwhelmed. Stir crazy is an understatement. 😂
I’m going to first get our house in order so I can then properly enjoy it. I’ll never take school for granted ever. My kindergartener is home and I’m trying to learn how to homeschool essentially. I’ve been sneaking off to cry privately. So much change to handle and I don’t do well with change.

I’m a little coffee with my cream kind of person. Until I tracked how much half and half I was using! 😨 Today I combined this creamer with half of my half and half. Shaved 100 calories and half fat content. Any other tips for creamy coffee?
