So darn hot and muggy I did get my dogs to walk for an hour this am on the trails. My GSD really dislikes this weather I think he's afraid of the loud noises from the thunder.

This has been a tough week for me, was not able to go to the gym or take my usual 2-6 mile walks. Will do better this week as I am gradually getting back to my routine. Now if it would just cool down some my dogs would be happy to walk, you would think that walking at 6:30 am would do it. lol

Oh! it felt so good to get back in the gym I didn't do zumba and I still had a great workout. I am really tired now though. It's going to be so hot today and it's muggy at the moment. :)

I am going back to the gym tomorrow no zumba but I will try spin and keep it low, I can see the scale is going the wrong way and this is not good also my German Shepherd doesn't want to walk the way we used to when I want to keep going he stops turns the other direction so we head back home. He has been this way since the fireworks and the thunder and rain we had. It's so darn hot and muggy. Max is going to be ten in a couple of days so I have to remember he's getting up there in dog years.

It's really hot and muggy, I am so tired of this weather and the pain in my knees (wine) maybe I should have a drink of of it instead, and to top everything off I slammed my finger in he door (ouch) at least that took my mind of my knees for alittle bit. lol
