Was on vacation for almost 3 weeks. Balanced the (many) treats with what my sister calls "Eggy Lunch." My goal was to at least not gain any weight. Back at it now. Interim goal is to lose 20 lbs by Christmas.

sometimes the ~2 lb a week loss seems too slow. but when the scale shows a drop every few days, I am reminded that this was my plan to ensure lasting eating behavior. I've got a ways to go but over am getting there with far fewer hiccups than I predicted for myself.
