This just goes to show me that if I don't go to the gym, I will not lose weight. I have been away from the gym for 2 months and look what the weight is. Up 3 pounds!!
I did get back to the gym today. Time for a fresh start. "Let,s do it!"

Going to the gym is really paying off. 2 months ago when I went into the grocery store the first thing I would grab would be the cart. LOL I dreaded having to go all the way to the back corner of the store to get a gallon on milk. Tonight when I went in after the gym I just walked in and headed right for the back. Didn't even think about a cart because I was only going for milk. I did indeed get milk. I got 2 gallons and carried them both in the same hand all the way up to the front. I shocked myself when I wasn't struggling with them. After paying for them I again picked them up and carried them to the car. Smilling all the way!

Now that I posted my weight so everyone can see it I have to say: When I moved the weight on the scale from 250 down to 200 I was extremely excited. Now I can't wait to move it again to the 150 mark I'm looking forward to it.

6 lbs down from my last weigh in :) I have been working hard at sticking to a low carb diet. I also increased my exercise by adding jump ropes and crunches. Now comes the hard part...Sticking with it.
