Found some motivation today....walked on the treadmill for 45 minutes, still counting calories and thankfully not too hungry. Saw a segment on TODAY that if you sprinkle Chia seeds on your food, it will fill you up faster. They are full of fiber. I need to try that...if anyone else has had experiences w/that let me know how it has worked for you! Good luck everyone.

Allowed myself a free for all day and didn't overindulge too much. Honestly, since I've begun monitoring everything I'm eating I haven't missed it much! I am hopeful that the weight loss process will continue to be good and that 2014 will bring nothing but great things! Only the best.

Have to toot my horn. I've been very diligent about sticking to my calorie counts the past few days. Typically, by this time I have already given up but whenever I'm feeling the need to veer off the path, I remember how horrible I've felt, how I don't fit into anything and how much I really want to wear a swimsuit again after feeling completely uncomfortable for years! I want my confidence back and if I keep on this track...I WILL reach my goals!!
