A chilly Sunday morning encourages kitty cuddles! Mr Cat and Farkus wish you a happy day!
Tomorrow I hope to return to work after being out sick for a week. Both my husband and I are on the mend. I have a stupid cough, and I am so tired. But, thankfully, this is the second day in a row that I can tell there is improvement. I am pretty much eating on plan. I weigh in tomorrow.

Breakfast with the birds! I have so many baby jays coming to my tray feeder this morning. There were three or four more waiting nearby... not patiently! I am off work today and tomorrow. I am hoping i finally feel well enough to work on Mon.

Just simple poppies from my yard and a bumble bee. I am not sure it is visible. I am missing another day of work. I'm pretty sick og being sick. But, I am eating on plan... just not having many "calories out" at the moment. Have a good Friday!

My husband's lung CT scan was unremarkable, which is great! They want to do another in 6 to 8 weeks, but considering the urgency they showed in getting him in right away to look at a few areas of concern, this is good news. He is still coughing so much and they will continue to keep an eye on him. Thankfully he has zero history of abusing his lungs, but scar tissue is there ... from his asthma? I don't really know. Anyway, I am breathing better!
My rose this morning is called "Dark Desire." The first hydrangea is almost at its peak. The others are still getting their color. Flowers fill my soul up!
I ate within my plan yesterday. Today will be a quiet day because I again had to call in sick to work. I am still so tired and useless because of this darn cold that has utterly sapped my energy and given me a voice that sounds like I have plague. :( I can putter, but I am just not feeling up to dealing with customers and talking all day.

Some of my flowers this morning! I am having a super low cal day to offset the feast from last night. I am working on recording every bite going forward... a habit I have slipped away from. Have a good Wednesday!
