Slept terribly again last night but still managed to muster up the energy to exercise again today for a total of 50min. I stayed in my calorie count and I started on iron supplements today as well as suggested by someone here for restless legs which I suffer from every night. All in all very proud of myself for starting this adventure off so strong and looking forward to seeing my results in 6 more days after weigh in 🤗

Good evening everyone, I’m new today for both starting my diet and to this app. I look forward to chatting and being motivated with your encouragement. I tried Keto for a few months and barely lost any pounds and felt ill almost every day. I did enjoy that I had no cravings and I did sleep a little better but just not for me. My sister lost 60lbs I’m so proud of her. I’m doing a low cal, low carb (not Keto) diet with 30 minutes of rebounder per day. Wish me luck 🤗
