Haunted Trail Strikes again!
I worked the haunted trail again last night and MAN was that a workout. I had to work 3 different scares so I was literally running a half mile between 2 of the 3 scares. I must have run a total of 5 to 6 miles last night. Banged up my knee pretty good too but it seems to be fine today, just a little sore. This job has been a blessing in that I am having a blast each day AND getting a pretty darn good workout in the process. I think I didn't take in enough calories yesterday though because after the 1st 2 hours of working I started to get light headed and felt like I was going to pass out. I quickly downed a zone bar and instantly felt better. I also powered thru 3 liters of water(on top of the 4 liters I drank earlier that day). I work again tonight so I need to work through the soreness today with a small walk.

Today I feel fat. Don't know what it is but I feel like I am holding more weight than I am. Bloated and not sure why? Maybe too much salt intake yesterday? Not sure. Either way, I feel like a bloated corpse waiting to pop in the hot sun. Ok, maybe I have watched too much CSI in my lifetime.

Worked at the Haunted Trail again last night! It wasn't as fun this time because it was SOOOO busy. We had over 60 people come through so it was a constant stream of people. Most didn't scare very easy. It never ceases to amaze me that the Youth of today seem to LOVE to be scared, but then try their hardest to AVOID it. They act all tough, try to touch and talk to you instead of actually enjoying the scares. Why pay for it if you aren't going to actually enjoy it?
I wore my pedometer, ended up basically running back and forth all night for the equivalent of 3 miles and my thighs are burning today. I did a lot of crawling around so that probably did the trick.
Working the trail again tonight and maybe tomorrow! Between this and the jogging, I should be dropping the pounds with no problem.
